I think it is most definitely the best establishment in this state that does what they do. I personally am not a patient of Dr. Rutherford but my wife is and from the doctor down to the staff they have really shown genuine concern and compassion for her. She absolutely loves every employee there. All facilities that provide this service should model themselves after Bluegrass Family Wellness, and Dr. Rutherford.
